I will not drive down the back roads anymore
This is my New Years resolution and I'm confidant that I will keep this one.
I'm even gonna say it again,I will not drive down the back roads anymore. This will be easy to keep
you wanna know how?
I'll tell ya....as of Thursday the 29th I no longer have a car because I was stopped by a tree in the ditch I had slipped into(sideways)after doing 2 360's plus some fishtailing down a back road. Even scarier was that my son was with me in the car. We both walked away from the accident,he has nothing wrong with him & the only thing with me was the airbag road rash,a giant fat bottom lip,think "shockley lips" if you remember that saying,and loose teeth.
Thank god for angels and Cadilac's.
I think I will also add to my resolutions list: I will never complain about a Cadilac ever again. They've become my favorite car.

things are pretty much back to normal. Which is pretty easy to say 'cause there's no snow on the roads right now. When it finally starts to look like January or even winter around here and I don't freak out about anything, then I'll know it's over.
I will always think that every dark water spot on the road is ice and be leery of it but can live with that....literally.
