Crazy Horse Monument-Black Hills
The Crazy Horse monument is located right outside Custer, South Dakota. It was initially started in 1948 and when done will be approximately 660 feet in height. The full monument will be have Crazy Horse on horseback.
Based on progress to date, my children will be grandparents or great-grandparents and this monument will still not be complete.
I was there about 4 years ago, I went past Chief Crazy Horse on the way to Rushmore, and it’s so beautiful out there.
