Vinegar is also good for the stench smell in the clothing and cheaper but I still like the lemon juice better. (They both kill bacteria.)

With all the swimming I do I use one cup I was told to use Apple Cider but I use White and it works just as good to wash my hair. Not only does it take the chlorine out but my hair is soft too. Especially if you have blonde hair it should help keep it from turning green if you do it after every swim.

I have tried this one and it works too.

I will post more great tips as I try them.

Hey remember you taught me how to swim free style.

I knew how to swim under water but you helped me with my freestyle. I remember that then I tried to do the butterfly we were cracking up. Boy did I bomb that one. I am laughing just thinking of it. Such great memories. I miss you SIS! I really do. Love Love
