Does anyone else agree that President George W. Bush should have ranked 36th?

Does anyone else agree that President William Clinton should have ranked 15th?!? (Now that is just absurd)

Do you think that many people truly have that poor of an opinion of W. and that high of an opinion of Clinton?

who was great or not. It takes at least 20 years to analyze what a president has done to improve our country.
