Lemon Juice
I just wanted you all to know. Although the 1 cup of vinegar in the wash to get rid of the stench in wet clothes and towels work okay. LEMON JUICE works so much better. I love it. It really gets the stench out!
Does it go in the wash cycle or the rinse?
She had alot of old remedies. Some of them I use on my own children actually.
Were you raised by my mom and grandmother? Was taught the home remedies and naturals as well. Could do a whole list 
Thank you Sue for that tip, there have been plenty of times that I've forgotten about clothes in the wash, and go down the next day, and realize they've been in there all day and night, and I could never figure out how to get the smell out, even after washing them again. See, you really do learn something new everyday.
thanks for the tip. I am notorius for doing a load of wash and forgetting about it.
With Summer there are probably alot of wet towels. I wish I would of known this before.
IT REALLY WORKS!!!!!!!!
Vinegar works too (and it is cheaper). I experimented with both I really like the Lemon Jucie better but my husband and some of my kids said they noticed a big difference with the vinegar.
