Yes, I said it, and I'm a woman, and I HATE SHOPPING!!! I don't mind going once in a while, but I hate christmas shopping, and you couldn't pay me enough to go shopping on Black Friday. I have absolutely no patience for people, and when you get a bunch of crazy people running around like pshycho's trying to shop, and running into people, it takes all I can not to give them an elbow to the head or something. I do all of my shopping online.

That's funny Cyndi because the hot dog guy at the PENNDOT building parking lot is chewing on his fingernails everytime I visit and after I noticed I couldn't eat his dogs anymore even though I love the way they taste, because he uses Sabrett's with red onion sauce and spicy mustard, and does them better than most do on the streets on NY. If a McDonald's Black Friday Breakfast Coach pulled up with steaming hot sausage biscuits, bagel sandwiches, delectable McMuffins, and breakfast burritos, you wouldn't buy at least one?
The Kohl's coffee is pretty good. Must be made by a female...the coffee at a mechanic's shop is gross, thick stuff, clearly made by a man with grease on his hands!
I live for Black Friday shopping and Yes SteveK, next year I will be up early with the rest of the crazies! (I think that includes your wife, and I think we'd get along great!)
Breakfast "late" is all in perspective, we have to shop for a while, and then around 8 or 9 (while the rest of you are just waking) we find a nice little diner for breakfast. Although we don't leave home without our travel mugs filled with coffee!
Kohl's coffee? Is that like the stuff you see sitting in the mechanic's shop that stands up in your cup? No thanks.
Apparently Kohls does hand out coffee, but no thanks. This year I was still in bed recoving from the Eagles game

McDonalds and Starbucks should so pick up on that idea. Then your wife wouldn't have to eat a late breakfast. And you could stand in line with her sipping your favorite latte or espresso
You sound like my wife Cyndi......every year her and her friends are up at 3:00 to be in line by 4:00. Shop all morning, late breakfast, then off to work
They're all crazy!
shopping can be fun, and it's been a tradition with my girls for a few years now. This is the first year in a while that we actually weren't waiting in a line at 4:30 in the morning. We left the house at 8:30, and it just wasn't the same! Next year we're back to the early bird thing! Call us crazy, but it really is fun! The people who trample others, and hurt people, ruin it for all of us.
They have no common sense!!!
I could not believe it when I heard about the 34 yr old guy that got trampled to death! Then there was the lady that was 8 months pregnant that got injured in the same fiasco who stood outside in the freezing weather all night long! Where is their common sense????
Not till much later but still found a butt load of good deals and items. It really wasn't that crowded or bad. Everyone must of been at Wal-Mart or Target.
