It is a consolidated history of events in the history of Milton Hershey School.

Buildings:
- Opening of buildings
- Closing of buildings
- Major renovations
- Naming/Renaming of buildings
Individuals:
Employees who hold an administration position, appointed or elected, or those who work directly with students such as teachers and houseparents. All other employees will not be included unless there is a compelling reason to do so.
- Date of employment
- Date of retirement along with the number of years employed and in what capacity.
- Date of death if death occured during active employment. Exception to be made in case of Board members, officers of the School, and senior administrative personnel.
- Date and type of promotion. Individuals who are discharged for reason before retirement will not be listed except in exceptional cases where variences may be made at the discretion of the administration.
- Class officers and advisors
- Number of graduates
- Commencement speakers
- Board membership
- Death of students while enrolled in the school
