What's been going on...

It has been a very long time since I have joined in the fun here at themilt.com. So much has happened in my life since the last time I was here. I just wanted to bring you all up to date on me.
Hi. My name is Cyndi(formerly Crout)Seidel. I am a class of 1987 graduate. Woo Hoo! Okay, I'll be serious.
My husband Chuck is also a class of 1987 graduate. He is currently serving in the USAF, and is presently headed to Afghanistan. I'm so bummed! I am proud of him for his service to our country, but selfishly, I just want him home with me. I'm working hard to remain positive during this time apart.
I am still plugging away at college and will begin nursing clinicals in fall of 2010. I was supposed to start clinicals this fall, but with Chuck being gone, I figured I would have enough on my plate running the household, without the added pressure and intensity of nursing school.
It has been my goal to run a half marathon sometime during my 40th year...and I am about to turn 40. I just hope I can accomplish that goal, which means I need to get up and start running!
Alright, I think that brings you all up to date on me. I am so happy to be back on here. When I say I've missed you all, I mean it with all my heart.
I think all things happen for a reason, and it does not go unnoticed that I am back on here at a time in my life when I will need to count on you all for prayers and moral support.
