I dont really believe that the girls were the problem after the school started to enroll them

When I was there girls were not in the picture. But what I have seen it has not been all bad. I know teenagers have issues peer pressure, relationships,. God only knows that I have alot of experience in this area. my daughters are from 30 to 9 years old and a son who is 27.What I believe is that we really sholud not single out one group this is so wrong.I would have loved to have girls there when we were there but is wasnt done.

Life After The Home as we called it back in the day

I went to MHS from 1964 and graduated in 1972. When I was there I thought what is this going to do for me. Mabey some of you younger alumni did not have to milk the cows or clean up the walk yard. But when I was there along with my predecessors. We had a life that was well quite the different from the norm. as we grew at the Home we learned values and eithics and morales. We were told by MR. Cook at the time told us that one day you are 18 and the next you are 50. did we believe him nawwwwww. But guess what he was right.
