Philadelphia Distance Run
I did it! I ran the whole way! I concentrated on my form and the race was over before I knew it! The day was perfect, cool, low humidity. The crowd was managable, and I was way back from the start (10 minutes) There was plenty of water, sports drinks, gels, and like 7 bands. I even sprinted the finish! I wanted to stay and hang out but I had to rush home and coach a early soccer game.
It was such a positive experience that I am going to run the Philadelphia Marathon in November! 9 long training runs to go-can you believe it!
