How's you summer been?
Hey all,
Just back from a trip to Dutch Wonderland with a 3 yr old, 4 yr old and a 7 year old. Even though it's still a great park for your younger kids, I think it's a last trip for me. I find most of the rides make me sick anymore. I don't know how it changed but I can't even go on the merry-go-round. I am a light weight. I will post photos soon.
I went to Dorney Park a week ago, and the water park, the slides I can do. They knocked down the picnic pavilion and built a water fun house so don't count on there being anyplace to picnic there.
But the kids loved the fun house.
How great would it be if Hershey Park was openned only for the school, staff and alumni one day a year? Large corporations can do that, P&G has a day employees' day at Kings Island. I can dream!
I'm going to do another marathon in the fall so I got to go to bed so I can wake up and run. Being old is exhausiting!

We all hung at the Arcade at the top of the hill. Our permit cards were great except they didn't get you in the Hershey park pool. Our senior year we all hung at the pool.
Did you guys have your senior prom at the Starlight ballroom at the park?

As I have told others, You can’t be getting old, if your old, them I’m older,
, and we all know that I’m still 18,............Ok 12 at heart.
I think you have a great idea, Alumni Day at the Park. I wonder how many of us would actually go in or would we all hang at the entrance at Tudor square.
Hey good luck on your marathon, remember,
Your A Spartan !!!!!!!!!!!!.
You Can Do Anything!!!!!!!!!!!!

We had ours at Founders Hall.
I do remember the ball room, and the only thing left of the pool was a light house.
Its a never ending cycle of change.
