44 and just starting out

I worked for 10 years after college, then had my 3 kids and now 10 years later I'm trying to rejoin the job market. It was great to be home with them but I'm having a hard time finding a good job. I'm working part time. It's fustrating to keep interviewing and getting passed over! One good thing is I started jogging to relieve the stress.
