Class Reunion

Would really love to see Don Kerr again and catch up. I would love it if Dawn Williams would come too-at least she is on FB.

Today, I ran in Wilmington, De. It was a beautiful day for a race. Although, I would have liked to run faster, I'm still happy to have made the effort. It's good to be tired.

Another Snow Day!

I am in a winter wonderland. The gray streets of Havertown and Philadelphia are snow covered and silent. It reminds you of what heaven will be like.
Last night in the blowing snow I ran 8 miles. I tried to meet up with the Delco Road Runners but as usual I was late! So I ran as fast as I could but I didn't see them. The wind seemed not so bad, keeping my head down so it wouldn't blow in my eyes. So I ran on by myself, into Ardmore than into Bryn Mawr and Haverford College. Hardly any cars on the road, I had the world to myself.

February 2010

Still digging out from record snow fall. The tight streets in Philly are 5 inches thick packed ice. There is no where to put all the snow. No place to run with the traffic and my OC Marathon is coming up in 6 weeks!
The remodel of the kitchen & bath are 80% done. The money is running through my fingers! I will be so happy to be done. Happy to see the good weather again. Now how to get through the winter blahs blahs? One day at a time!

2010 Dreams

I am dreaming about next year, planning adventures. Wondering how will I grow and challenge myself? I'm pretty sure I want to go back to school and update my computer skills. I want to continue running marathons and do a triathalon in August. I want to start weight training and I am going to seek out a coach to help me.
I want to figure out how to be a better friend. I want the people I care about to know they are loved.
I want to be loving and supportive and let go of anger and judgements. I need a book, a plan and or a life coach.
